Our mission and values

The e-commerce return experience is broken: as a client, your only option when making a return is to get a refund. However, data shows that 60% of returns are size-related, which means what the client really wants is an exchange for the right size.

On top of not meeting client needs, refunds are extremely costly for brands, often amounting to 30% of their revenue.

Elyn enables brands to drastically lower their refund costs by giving customers what they want: the ability to make an online exchange, and massively improving their return experience.

We are a team of extremely motivated people, coming from the best french Scale-ups, consulting firms, and banking. We are extremely lucky to have such a rich pool of past experiences, which allows us to take what’s been best in the french ecosystem for the last 10 years, and design Elyn that way.

Our common goal is to turn Elyn into a no-brainer and a must-have for every European brand in the coming years, as the reference for Returns Management.
